The founder of EDP Staffing career started his career in the staffing industry 1989 while working for one of the large multi - discipline search firms in Hartford. In this environment he initially learned the recruiting business. Approximately a year and half later he was approached by an upcoming competing firm located in Glastonbury that was seeking another recruiter to join the staffing ranks as an Associate. Within 2 years he moved from being an Associate to the role of Vice President of Recruiting and Staffing reporting directly to the President of the company. After a 3 ½ year relationship it was time to move on and create EDP Staffing, LLC.

Since 1993 EDP Staffing, LLC has celebrated it's staffing partnership with numerous CT based companies, within nearly every imaginable industry or discipline from financial, insurance, aerospace, manufacturing, consulting, scientific, higher education and software development to emerging .com's .

EDP Staffing, LLC has maintained that to be the best, you have to train with the best. We’ve relied on in-house training by Peter Lefkowitcz of Morgan Consulting, a nationally recognized Staffing industry training leader to hone our core recruiting skills.

With the inception of the internet EDP Staffing was one of the 1st (in 1994!) Connecticut based recruiting firms to publish a web presence. As the Internet grew EDP Staffing became aggressively involved in utilizing the WWW as a recruiting resource. Our Internet Recruiting skills have been show cased at regional NEAPS & NNEAP’s seminars. In addition to conducting regional Internet Recruiting seminars EDP Staffing, LLC has been invited to conduct numerous in house, one on one, Internet Sourcing & Recruiting seminars for Fortune 1000 Corporations to other Recruiting firms stretching from the East Coast to the Mid West.
