The Product Manager for XYZ company an industry leader in it's niche - Seeks a Product Manager who will be responsible for managing the life cycles for products.

The product manager will stay current with industry and market developments to maintain product competitiveness. Any competitive threats need to be documented and company responses created to related industry news.

This individual will work closely with the company's engineering staff to define customer requirements for product initiatives; manage relationship with engineering from requirements analysis, product design through certification (where appropriate), product launch and product enhancements.

Provide field training and support to the sales force by communicating technical information, help in developing sales strategies, performing sales training, assisting in proposal generation and giving on-site product demonstrations.

The product manager will also work closely with the marketing communications staff to develop and improve product literature, case studies and other related materials. Initial projects will be to help complete the current document management projects and then move on to the design of a role based workflow module and implement this into the next generation of Westbrook products. Other projects will be around designs and development for document management and record management features.

Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 5 years of experience. Only applicants with a strong understanding of and background in workflow and BPEL software and hardware will be considered. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Must be versed in use of Microsoft Office products and possess excellent presentation skills.

S/W Release Engineer - Currently representing a client seeking a Software Release engineer experienced in a Microsoft environment. Responsibilities

Automate the build process skilled in using NAnt and Cruise Control Manage the build process ensuring continuous integration via automated builds for NET, C# and SQL environment Manage software source code and supporting resources using Vault, Source Safe - responsible for managing the R&D Labs - systems and servers - providing test platforms for test builds on isolated networks Development and maintenance of commercial software, installation programs based in Install Shield and MSI packaging Through clear understanding of the current IT landscape (people, systems, & application software), collaborate with various teams or individuals to deliver technology business solutions to the clients to resolve their business challenges Responsible for supporting performance testing including lab build out and lab maintenance; including network, hardware and software Interface with QA, IT, Developers and third party technology providers

Key Skill Requirements:
8+ years experience in IT and software R&D in a support role 3+ years experience an R&D support role as a build engineer and/or configuration management Experience with Software Change, Configuration Management and Build Processes within complex environments of NET and C# components Experience with designing, developing, deploying and supporting computing applications in a large-scale, distributed environment, as a Senior Software Developer or Architect is a plus Experience with Net, C# development Experience; preferably using Web Services and SOA principles w/integration practices for R&D organizations a plus

Hands on experience with scripting languages used to automate and manage the build process is required; preferably Nant Knowledge of systems infrastructure for a performance lab-testing environment Solid understanding of and experience in developing installation using Install Shield version 11 + and MSI concepts is required, or similar tools will be considered Experience with NUnit for Unit testing of Microsoft applications is recommended Through understanding of design concepts: Layered architecture, components, interfaces, messaging Extensive experience in large-scale application architecture, design and development M S /B A /B S is preferred in computer science, information systems, or other related technical discipline Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and communication skills, with demonstrated teamwork and organizational capabilities and time management and multi- tasking skills to manage multiple priorities and timely deliverables, concurrently Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills Excellent organization and presentation skills Ability to work in a cross functional team under a Scrum methodology Compensation to market - 80-105k w/bonus and benefits
